This Purchase and Sale Agreement is made as of May 1, 2024, by and between Buyer and Seller.

The purchase price shall be $450,000.00.

3. CLOSING
The closing of the sale shall take place on June 30, 2024, or at another agreed time.

4. POSSESSION

PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on May 1, 2024, between Jordan Lee (“Buyer”) and Morgan Reed (“Seller”).

1. PROPERTY. Seller agrees to sell the property at 123 Maple Street, Austin, Texas 78701 for $450,000.00.

2. CLOSING. Closing shall occur on June 30, 2024. The inspection period ends May 10, 2024.

3. DELIVERY. Buyer shall deliver earnest money within three business days after the Effective Date.

4. POSSESSION. Possession will be delivered at Closing, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
